The following files were included in FDA Module 2008 Service Pack 1 to be installed with the corresponding FDA Module releases:

• SubmitdocADWF.exe – 2.0.0.62 - 11/11/2008
• 2008
• o extFDAModule.dll -4.0.0.65 – 12/19/2008
• o extRendition.dll – 2.0.0.51 -12/22/2008
• o icmfdaadwf.dll – 2.0.0.26 – 12/22/2008
• o Submitdoc.exe – 2.0.0.50 – 8/25/2008
• o SubmitdocADWF.exe – 2.0.0.62 - 11/11/2008

To install FDA Module 2008 Service Pack 1 on the Meridian Enterprise application server:

1. Copy the following files to the <Drive>:\Program Files\IC-FDAModule folder:

• o extFDAModule.dll
• o extRendtion.dll
• o ICMFDAADWF.dll
• o Submitdoc.exe
• o SubmitdocADWF.exe

2. Register extRendition.dll using regsvr32.exe
3. Register the extension extFDAModule.dll in the vault as described in the BlueCielo Meridian Enterprise Configuration Guide.

To install FDA Module 2008 Service Pack 1 on the Meridian Enterprise client computers:

1. Copy the following files to the <Drive>:\Program Files\IC-FDAModule\Program folder (or the folder where the Meridian client is installed):

• extFDAModule.dll
• ICMFDAADWF.DLL

2. Register the two dll files using regsvr32.exe.
